What’s the Merch is a free notification service run by one person. Here is the deal, in plain words.

• We send you email or texts about new merch and news from the bands you chose, at the cadence you chose. You can stop any channel at any time: reply STOP to a text, or use the links in any email. Stopping takes effect immediately.
• Texts: by entering your number and ticking the box you agree to receive automated texts from What’s the Merch about new merch and news from the bands you follow. About one a week, more for bands you set to “right away”, never more than three a day, and only between 9 am and 8 pm your time. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. US numbers only for now.
• Prices and availability are shown as the store publishes them and can be wrong or stale. We sell nothing. Every purchase is between you and the store.
• We list stores we can show are a band’s own. If we’re wrong, tell us and we’ll fix it. Bands, labels and shops can claim, correct or remove their listing from the For bands page.
• The service is provided as is. It may go quiet, miss an item, or stop. It costs you nothing and we owe you nothing beyond honesty.
